If emails are being incorrectly labeled as spam and are being moved to your Junk folder, please follow these steps to mark an email as Not Junk.
Outlook Web Access (OWA)
1. Go to Outlook on the Web (OWA).
2. Go to the Junk Email folder and find the message that was incorrectly marked as junk.
3. Right click the message and then click Mark as not junk.
4. In the Report as not junk box, click Report.
