If you are experiencing issues with the Topaz Electronic Signature Pad not working correctly in Daxko, follow the basic troubleshooting steps below to see if you're able to resolve the issue.
1. Please make sure signature pad is fully plugged in to USB port on computer
2. Please check that the device setting in Daxko is set to Topaz 1"x5" signature pad.
Notes: This will need to be done in each separate browser so if you're using IE/Chrome/Firefox, you'll need to make sure to do this in each. If you use the Daxko Training site, you will also need to follow these same steps to get this set up on the training site. This, too, will have to be done in each browser.
3. Only one instance of capturing a signature can be displayed at a time. In other words, there can't be an one on the Daxko training site and another instance in production Daxko in another tab or browser.
4. If using Internet Explorer, go to Internet Options, under Browsing History, click Settings and then choose "Every time I visit the webpage" and click OK.
